Privacy policy

Fantasy Dog League (the website and the iPhone app) is run by Soglia Ventures LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it. We don't sell your information, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name and profile photo if you sign in with Google.
• What you do in the game: the leagues you join or create, your breed picks, your scores, and messages you post in league chat.
• Watch parties: the display name and picks each player enters. Guests don't need an account.
• Kennel club inquiries: the contact details and message you send through our partner form.
• Technical data: standard server logs and error reports (such as the page or screen where something went wrong) that help us keep the service working.

How we use it

To run your account and leagues, score your picks, show standings and chat to the people in your leagues, send the sign-in emails you request, answer inquiries, and fix problems. We don't use your information for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers who process data only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel (website and app server hosting)
• Supabase (database)
• Resend (sign-in emails)
• Google (if you choose to sign in with Google)
• Google Fonts (the iPhone app downloads its headline typeface from Google the first time it opens; like any web request, Google sees your device's IP address)
• An error-monitoring service (crash and error reports)

Other league members can see your display name, picks once scored, standings and chat messages in leagues you share. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account information while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page on the website or from the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, picks, scores, league memberships and chat messages.

Children

Fantasy Dog League isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can see and change your picks and leagues in the app or on the website, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of your information or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us and we'll help.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant.
